Paul Stucker is a California-licensed private investigator and senior litigation investigator with an extensive background in law enforcement, executive protection, and high-conflict family-law and civil litigation matters. He brings more than a decade of real-world investigative experience into every case, combining street-level fieldwork, courtroom-ready documentation, and a deep understanding of evidentiary standards.

Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Stucker served as a sworn police officer for over twelve years, where he conducted criminal investigations, responded to domestic violence and high-risk family incidents, handled in-custody and out-of-custody investigations, and routinely prepared reports relied upon by prosecutors, defense counsel, and the courts. His law-enforcement career provided a foundation in evidence handling, interview techniques, surveillance, and constitutional procedures that continue to guide his investigative methodology today.

Mr. Stucker is also a certified Spanish-to-English translator and interpreter, having lived in Mexico and spoken Spanish at home for seven years. During his police career, he served as an agency-certified translator, assisting in interviews, witness statements, and field investigations involving Spanish-speaking parties.
In addition to his investigative and law-enforcement background, Mr. Stucker has professional experience in executive protection and close-protection operations, working with high-profile individuals and families in environments requiring heightened situational awareness, discretion, and threat-mitigation planning.
